Responsibilities

Performs data entry in a computerized database of information obtained from citizen calls and electronic requests.
Researches asset information to provide timely and accurate jurisdiction and historical information.
Provides guidance to asset system users, including supervisors and managers.
Composes memorandums, letters, revises and develops forms, reports, spreadsheets, etc.
Serves as ambassador for employee related benefits and events.
Ensures records are kept up to date.
Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of Federal Communication Commission (FCC) rules and regulations.
Knowledge of all operations relating to recording, warning, radio, telephone, and related communication systems.
Knowledge of personal computers and the use of various software packages.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to operate two-way radio, multi-line telephones, personal computers and data entry software.
Ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple and varied tasks.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with employees, managers, and the public.
Ability to prioritize assignments and work independently.
Ability to operate a personal computer for extended periods of time.
